Step outside the box!
Getting out of your comfort zone means you have to step outside the box. You have to step into the uncomfortableness. Stepping into the uncomfortableness is uncomfortable, but eventually it becomes comfortable.
Comfortable being uncomfortable means you know it’s ok to mess up.
You learn to accept the feeling of being uncomfortable and you go with the flow.
It will make you smarter, stronger and more resilient.
More than likely you will discover that just by doing it you get better at it. Keep in mind that you must consistently do it, or it’s like starting over every time. Once in motion it’s easier to stay in motion. As you build speed, momentum kicks in, and success starts to happen!
The more confident you feel the more inspired you become.
That inspiration sparks your creativity and you find your passion and your drive, and stepping into that uncomfortableness becomes easier. Easier in that you now have the faith that whatever happens you’ll be ok you will survive whatever it is that scares you!
