Hi my name is Hannah, welcome to Holistally Healthy With Hannah.  I am a pilates and yoga instructor, and a personal trainer.  I love learning about all things fitness and health related. I’m passionate about helping people get healthy not just physically but holistically. What does that mean? It means looking at the whole picture body, mind, and spirit.  I think you should find movement you enjoy,  healthy food that you love to eat, and time to be still to renew yourself.  As a busy mom of two I have had to learn to get creative with fitting in workouts, self care, and quick healthy food that the kids might decide to eat!
