Gentle Yoga:  Great for all levels.  You will get warmed up, stretched out and end class with a nice guided relaxation.

Power Vinyasa: Work up a sweat with this class and then release your stress in savasana

Pilates Mat:  30 min and 55 minute options.  You will go through a series of exercises designed to build strength, increase flexibility, coordination, concentration and balance

Yogalates: A combo class of pilates and yoga. Work your core and get some deep stretching in too!

Private Pilates: Get a full body workout learning pilates exercises on the mat and  equipment such as the reformer, tower and chair.  All levels.  55 and 30 min sessions.

Private Yoga: Get a tailored yoga routine with assisted stretching, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation to meet your yoga goals.  55 and 30 min sessions.

Private Meditation:  Learn breathing exercises, relaxation exercises, guided meditation, and how to set up your own meditation routine. 55 and 30 min sessions.
